We provide the material.It is thanks to our Friend, Karen, that Kanniammal has learned the skills to earn a good living tailoring. Having recently had some good rain, which has cooled down the temperatures, the Govt have given the go ahead for schools to reopen on Monday.Some of our former pupils and the teachers have been giving the classrooms a good clean and spruce up ready.Altogether, some 22 children have moved on to high school, although 7 or 8 tribal children have dropped out already.
